Frequently asked questions
Is Scripli really free for writers?
Yes — completely. Unlimited certificates, blockchain anchoring, revocation, and Writer's DNA are all free for individual writers, forever. No credit card required, no feature gates.
How does Institution pricing work?
Institution accounts are $149 per month, which includes up to 10 staff seats — for faculty, admins, and integrity officers who need to verify certificates or manage the institution account. Students are always free and never require a seat; they write, certify, and share their certificates at no cost. For larger institutions or custom enterprise pricing, contact us at sales@scripli.com.
Does Scripli store my essay text?
No. Scripli records writing behaviour signals and session metadata — never the text itself. This is true for all users.
What is a Human Authenticity Certificate?
A Human Authenticity Certificate (HAC) is a cryptographically signed, tamper-proof record that proves a specific document was written by a real human in a verified session. Anyone can verify a HAC at scripli.com/verify — no account required.
